Omar, a driver from Saidi and Kamel, his passenger from Cairo and drive together with a Land Rover through sahara. After a while the man from Cairo is peeling off an orange. Very carefully he put one piece after the other in his mouth.
But strangely enough he puts sometimes some seeds out of the orange besides him.
After having put five of those seeds on a serviette he leaves them there.
Of course Omar is curious to know what is happening and asks “Why do you do that?“
“You do not know that?” says Kamel. “It is simple, this is the most fast working thing to increase the working of your brains”. Omar did not know that and Kamel says “I sell those five selected seeds for 4 Dinar each.” “Whow, I want to try that” the driver Omar says as he hands over 20 Dinar to Kamel, cleans the seeds with his serviette and eats them carefully.
After sitting quietly for 5 minutes Omar starts speaking again and says to Kamel. ”It is a bit strange what I did, because for 20 Dinar I could have bought 2 kilo of oranges of the market and got many seeds.”
“You see what I told you” said Kamel “within 5 minutes the seeds are working already.”
De Dinar is de munteenheid van Libië. Een Dinar is honderd Dirham.
Er zijn munten van 5,10, 20, 50, 100, 250 en 500 Dirham. Het papiergeld is er in 1, 5, 10 en 20 Dinar.
Een Libische Dinar is ongeveer gelijk aan 0,60 Euro.
